Description of Applications Engineer | Duties: • Technical marketing, business development and sales. • Provide technical support for new and existing business. • Obtain and submit price quotations, considering related matters such as design, application, delivery and service. • Assist with bid preparation. • Answer questions concerning product specifications and maintenance, upto and including inquiries of a complex and technical nature. • Investigate and resolve routine customer complaints, service problems or other difficulties, referring more complex problems to appropriate source for consideration. | ||
