Can You Facilitate Growth in the Well Completions Market?

Welltec is opening two positions as Regional Solutions Managers, Well Completions.

Welltec is the world's leading provider of robotic intervention solutions for oil and gas wells. We perform operations all over the world and are experiencing continued growth due to our best in class technologies. We deliver technology-driven well intervention services to the world's most prominent oil companies, regardless of location and environment of the well. Recently, we have expanded our product lines and services to include Well Completions where we have introduced new visionary technologies to the market.

Tasks:
• To ensure a successful breakthrough globally, we are now looking for two high-profile Regional Solutions Managers. The main tasks are to propel the sales efforts from lead to invoicing, to provide competent technical advisory and training programs to the global Sales Team and to deliver presentations on the technology in relevant forums.

• The short term objectives is to familiarize you with the product range to an expert level. This will be processed mainly at Welltec Head Quarters in Allerod, Denmark but also by attending client meetings, technical conferences and seminars.

• The long term objective is to facilitate the growth of the product lines in the determined region. One position will be based in the Middle East covering eastern hemisphere and one position will be based in the US covering the western hemisphere.

Skills required for Regional Solutions Managers - Well Completions

Qualifications:
• The perfect candidate can demonstrate relevant industry experience, a proven track record of achieved results in sales and a high level of English communications skills. • Furthermore, the candidate for the US based position would preferably command the Portuguese and/or the Spanish languages whereas the candidate for the Middle East based position will additionally command the Arabic language.
• We expect an outgoing candidate with a strong commitment to establish personal relationships and a desire to be technically well-suited to be able to deliver competent input to the Sales Team and our clients.
